Jason Williams

Executive Leadership Team

Jason is the Founder and Executive Director of Aspire Movement.

A native of the Washington D.C. metro area or "DMV" as he calls it, Jason lived a sinful life in pursuit of power, pleasure, and possessions. He was arrested 6 times and faced 60 years in prison. After searching for identity & meaning in all the vain pursuits one could chase, he finally realized his separation from God was the reason his life had no substance or purpose. He repented of his sin and wickedness, and placed his trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. God showed him immediately that salvation was not simply a gift of eternal life, it was also a call to go into the dark places in the inner city with the message of hope and transformation.

Jason is a sought after public speaker for many arenas including churches, conferences, campus ministries, youth groups and non-profit agencies. He holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Education from Birmingham Southern College and a Master's of Divinity from Birmingham Theological Seminary. He has over ten years of ministry experience and connects with people from all walks of life. He is married to Dr. Jessica H. Williams and has three children, Raekwon, Jada, and Kendall.

In Jason's spare time his passions include reading, writing, playing golf, hanging with his family and watching his beloved Washington Redskins. He is also a competitive triathlete who spends many hours swimming, running & cycling Birmingham roads while you're still in bed!

His favorite verses are many but he stands upon Matthew 6:33; I Corinthians 15:58 & I Thessalonians 5:16-21

Jason recently received the Tracy Hipps Award at Restoration Academy.
